By accessing or using Coding Sandbox (“the Service”), provided by Qorinx (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Coding Sandbox is a desktop application that allows users to create isolated Docker environments for AI coding agents. The Service includes sandbox creation, container management, tunnel access, and related features as described on our website.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using a supported authentication provider (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to transmit harmful code, interfere with other users, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Subscription and Payment

Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Qorinx and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qorinx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
